Job Information
Purpose of Job: Detail Technicians work with the Detail Manager, Group Leader, and Assistant Service Managers to ensure customer orders are thoroughly completed to world class standards.
Job Duties: Detail Technicians complete orders with thoroughness, speed, and accuracy. Detail Technicians are also responsible for maintaining communication between Detail Manager, Group Leaders, and Assistant Service Managers, ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded. Training on factory standards is provided.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive detail is preferred
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
- Must be able to safely operate vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions
